WHO THIS IS FOR

Is this programme for you?

Employed but Underpaid

Your last appraisal was 8–12%. Peers are making 30–40% more for identical work. You're ready to move — but don't have time for a half-baked job search.

underpaid professional

Between Jobs

Layoff, contract end, or planned exit. You need an offer in 30–90 days. Every conversation has to count.

career transition

THE HONEST GAP

A certification proves you know the work. It doesn't get you hired.

You're not underqualified. The gap is structural — and it shows up in four specific places that quietly cost you lakhs every year.

Positioning

You sound like every other SM/PO, so you compete on price instead of value.

GAP #1

Prep

You improvise in interviews. Worse — your stories feel stale because they're from old projects you've already told a dozen times.

GAP #2

Pipeline

You apply through job portals and miss the warm channels where most mid-level offers move.

GAP #3

Negotiation

You name your number first and leave money on the table before the real conversation starts.

GAP #4

AI Fluency

You're not using AI as a SM, PM or PO — so you look behind the curve. Interviewers are already asking how you leverage it. Most candidates have no answer.

★ BONUS GAP

The gap between you and the person making ₹40L isn't experience or credentials.
It's a system for switching jobs at the mid-level. They have one. You don't.

SELF-AUDIT

Before you decide, score yourself.

Each question has a specific scoring rule. Answer honestly — the audit only works if you score what's true right now, not what you plan to have.
Max 5 per question · 40 total

Positioning

2 QUESTIONS
Q1 Open your LinkedIn right now. Does your headline name your outcome (e.g., "helping product orgs ship 2x faster") — or does it say "Scrum Master at [Company]"?
Score 5 only if your headline names a measurable outcome. Score 1 if it's just "Scrum Master at X."
Q2 Look at your resume's first bullet under your current role. Does it start with a number or a verb of impact — or does it start with "Responsible for," "Worked on," "Involved in"?
Score 5 only if the bullet leads with a number or measurable outcome.

Prep

2 QUESTIONS
Q3 Open your laptop right now. Is there a document titled "Stories Bank" — or any equivalent — with at least 8 written-out stories you can pull from for behavioral interviews?
Score 5 only if the document literally exists right now with 8+ stories. Score 3 if you have a few notes. Score 1 if it lives only in your head.
Q4 Last interview you did — could you walk us through, right now, the exact framework you used to answer the scenario question? Could you name the framework?
Score 5 only if you can name a specific framework (STAR+, SPIN, Diagnose-Frame-Act, etc.) you actively use. Score 1 if you improvise each time.

Pipeline

2 QUESTIONS
Q5 Open the document or sheet where you track your target companies. How many companies are on it, with named hiring managers or recruiters identified?
Score 5 if 30+ named hiring managers. Score 3 if you have a list but no named contacts. Score 1 if there's no list.
Q6 In the last 30 days, how many warm conversations have you initiated with people at target companies — not job applications, but personal messages or referral asks?
Score 5 if 10+. Score 3 if 3–5. Score 1 if 0–2.

Negotiation

2 QUESTIONS
Q7 A recruiter messages you tomorrow asking "What's your expected CTC?" — do you have a written, rehearsed deflection script that anchors a range without naming a number first?
Score 5 only if the script is written down and you've practiced it. Score 1 if you'd type a number.
Q8 If a strong offer landed today, do you have a written plan to compress your other interview processes into the same 7–10 day window to create leverage?
Score 5 if the plan exists in writing. Score 1 if your answer is "I'd figure it out then."

SELF-AUDIT

What does your score mean?

Add your eight question scores (max 40). These bands are deliberately tighter — they reflect whether you have the system, or you don't. Most candidates land in 16–27. That's the design.
32–40

Rare — You're Already Running the System

You're a 5% case. The cohort will accelerate you but you don't strictly need it. Most people in this band have already switched once recently.
24–31

You Have Pieces, Not a System

You've built individual artifacts but they don't compound. This is where 4–5 month job searches stall out. The cohort gives you the architecture that connects what you already have.
16–23

Where Most Mid-Level Candidates Actually Are

You have experience but almost no operational system. This is the band where the cohort generates the largest jump — most successful alumni started here.
Below 16

The Silence Is Structural

You're not getting calls because the system doesn't exist yet. Good news: this is the fastest band to fix, because you're building from a clean foundation. Bad news: ignoring this gets harder every month.

THE 90-DAY SYSTEM

Four phases. 90 days. One signed offer.

Most mid-level switches fail because candidates run all four phases at once. The 90-day architecture sequences the work so each phase compounds into the next.
01 Days 1–15

Phase 1 — Position

Reframe how you describe your work. Rewrite your resume with impact metrics and build a 50-company target list with named hiring managers.
02 Days 16–30

Phase 2 — Prep

Build your stories bank and master two interview frameworks. Complete 12 STAR stories and 2 recorded mock interviews.
03 Days 31–60

Phase 3 — Apply

Run 8–15 active conversations through referrals, recruiters, and direct outreach — with 20+ warm contacts in your referral push.
04 Days 61–90

Phase 4 — Negotiate & Close

Compress multiple offers into a 7–10 day window. Trade variables — base, bonus, RSUs, flex — to extract the full package jump.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Interview practice is built from a real project you run during the cohort.

The Old Way

Most interview-prep programs ask you to mine stories from your past work. Problem: your past projects feel stale. Your delivery sounds rehearsed. Interviewers can tell.

Stale Stories

Our Way

Over 5 weeks, you and your cohort run a real Agile project — joining a new team, doing Design Thinking and Gemba Walks, executing SAFe PI Planning, running Scrum, dealing with real-world challenges, and wrapping up. AI tools are embedded throughout — you'll use them as a SM and PO the way top practitioners actually do.

Real Project · Live Cohort

The Freshness Advantage

Each morning's mock interview pulls from what happened in the project the day before. When the interviewer asks "tell me about a time you handled a stakeholder conflict" — you don't reach back into a 3-year-old memory. You talk about the conflict you faced in your cohort yesterday. Fresh. Specific. Defensible under follow-up.
