Scrum Framework: A Guide for New Team Members

Chapter 5: Sprint Planning Sprint Planning is a collaborative session where the team selects items from the Product Backlog for the upcoming Sprint. The Product Owner shares insights into high-priority items, and the Development Team collaborates on how to achieve the goals. By the end, the team commits to delivering a potentially shippable product increment by the Sprint’s conclusion. Chapter 6: Daily Stand-ups The Daily Stand-up is a brief, daily meeting where team members share progress, discuss impediments, and plan for the next 24 hours. This promotes communication, ensuring everyone is on the same page and fostering a sense of accountability and collective ownership.
