refund policy

Target Agility Refund Policy

At Target Agility, we maintain the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate an event due to factors such as insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events (including floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

In the event of a cancellation by Target Agility, delegates have the option to request a full refund of their course fees within 7 days of the course purchase date. Please be aware that refunds will not cover expenses related to travel, logistics, or any personal costs incurred by learners/participants. In cases where Target Agility cancels or postpones an event, participants who purchased the course within the past 24 hours will be automatically rescheduled for an upcoming session at no additional charge.

If a candidate chooses to cancel their program enrollment, they can do so and will receive a complete refund within 7 working days, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the program. Cancellation requests received within the 24-hour window preceding the program’s commencement will be considered, but no refunds will be issued beyond that point. Participants who fail to attend both days of the course will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
