How to make estimation sessions more effective and efficient? In my current team, the team spent almost 6 hours in estimation and all were exhausted by end of estimation though there was a break of 1 hr. I suggested timeboxing each user story but PO thinks team should brainstorm as timeboxing estimation will stop the free flow of thoughts.
