[K Shathrugan] ay team has committed for 40 story points, and the stakeholder wants to put up a new work worth 10 pts.Then, in this case we just have to de- prioritise atleast 10 points of existing work item to add the new change so that the overall set of planned work still remains as per the capacity available.✌️

[Arun Kumar P] As per one of the Agile values responding to the change as per the priority and how important the change is and the same will be discussed with the Scrum team and adopted in the sprint itself if not then it should be planned in future sprints if the stakeholders are agreeing
