[Aishwarya M Aralikatte] In an ideal world- I would chat with PO to see if there is any impact on the sprint goal. If the ask is not changing the sprint goal completely rather supports the sprint goal then that’s something we can consider mid sprint. If the change requested by the stakeholder is not related to our current sprint goal then that can be put into product backlog for prioritisation.

[Nitesh K Jaiswal] As a scrum Master you have to coach PO to deal with this kind of impediment, he can't be helpless as he is the main source to get connected with Stakeholders and try to understand the importance of bringing new change in between sprint. If that is not impacting your sprint goal and we have to take that on a discussion table with our development team,so that post discussion if we can fit it within the sprint capacity planned they can start working on it.
In the end, it's an outcome of a sprint goal and a happy Customer that matters Most. It's more important to be Agile than doing Agile.
Talking about Management perceptive , even if we do not have the capacity to work on those tasks, we can discuss with the team to work more than planned capacity and try to achieve the sprint goal.

[Biplab Subedi] 1. Facilitate the conversation between the influential stakeholder and PO.
2. Enable the PO to clarify the importance of the ongoing Sprint goal and the consequences if we bring anything that could jeopardize the goal.
3. Enable the stakeholder to clarify if he still thinks the new changes are more important than the ongoing Sprint goal.
4. Continue the discussion with mutual respect until we find a consensus.

[Prathibha N] In this situation, it's important for the product owner (po) to engage in the conversation with the stake holder to understand the criticality and the reason behind the mid sprint change. Assess the impact on the current sprint goal and time lines, collaboration among the development team to accomodate the feasibility of adpoting this change. If it's not feasible with in this current sprint this changes has to be incorporated in this future sprint. effective communication and feasibility after the keys to maintain the collaboration with stakeholders and maintaining the integrity of the developement Teams.

[Suganya Periasamy] As a SM, setup time with the same stakeholder and PO to understand the urgency. If the answers are valid then we can adjust the existing sprint BL which doesnt endanger the sprint goal and pick up the work else we can keep the new ask in the BL and convey it to stakeholder about the current sprint’s priorities.
